Hours and Pricing

I agree to adhere to the following rules while in the Cat Show Cat Cafe. If I am found violating any of these rules, I may be asked to leave without receiving any of my entrance fee back. I also may be banned for a disclosed amount of time, up to eternity. Cameras are in use and being monitored at all times to ensure the happiness and health of the cats.

The Rules:

ONE ADULT PER CHILD, no exceptions.

PLEASE be gentle when petting the cats

We want our resident cats to have the best experience possible. Please be mindful of cat body language and gentle when handling them. Pet at your own risk.

PLEASE wash your hands upon entering the Café

Feline illnesses can travel quickly between cats and are the bane of shelters. To ensure that our kitties, as well as your kitties at home, remain healthy and happy, We require that you wash your hands upstairs before touching any cats or in between cats. Hand sanitizer is available for only AFTER petting cats, they hate it!!

PLEASE be patient as you wait to enter the Café

To keep the cats from becoming over stimulated, we will be limiting the number of people in the Café at one time. Everyone will have a chance to spend some time with the kitties, but please be patient as you wait.

NO outside dogs or cats

The Café cats are either residents or adoptable animals from Heart of the Valley. A stressed cat has difficulty showing its true self, and we want these kitties to shine! Nothing stresses a cat out more than a strange new animal, especially in a room filled with strange new people, so please, keep your pets at home.

NO outside food, toys or treats

We will provide toys for the kitties. Treats are available for $1.00. And of course, please do not feed the cats any human food.

Well behaved children, 10 AND OVER ONLY, are welcome, but please supervise their interaction with the cats. We have observed too much behavior that is aggravating to the residents. No running or jumping on furniture. It is not a playground up there! NO CHILDREN UNDER 18 without adult supervision.

No tail pulling, no rough petting and no yelling at the cats, please.

Let someone downstairs know if you are leaving and coming back for any reason. THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!

I hereby waive any right to bring legal actions against The Garden Barn, Cat Show Cat Cafe or Heart of the Valley for any reason related to this reservation.
